Uses the modified Atwater factors (NRC 2006): 3.5 kcal/g protein and carbohydrate, 8.5 kcal/g fat. The printed value is more accurate when the label has one.
💡 Leave empty for a gentle 15% calorie cut. A goal date sets the portion to match; you'll see a warning if it means losing more than 0.1 kg or 2% of body weight a week.
